Somerville has it all! Like Morristown, Somerville is experiencing a total redevelopment, a renaissance. The restaurants are fabulous and offer all types of cuisine and price points. What would a vibrant town be without Starbucks?? Of course there is a Starbucks! Besides Starbucks, there are other coffee houses that have live music to enjoy while relaxing. In the warm weather, most of the restaurants have outdoor seating. Division Street, which is off Main Street, is blocked off to vehicles and has festivities for children, live music, and other entertainment during the warm weather. It's also a place to just sit at an umbrella table and enjoy the vibe of the town or have home made ice cream from the local parlour.
I have listed and sold a number of properties in Somerville this past year, and they "fly" off the market. If you haven't put this wonderful town on your "wish list," I strongly recommend you do.
